Breathwork
Conscious Connected Breathing is an ancient holistic tool that affects changes in us mentally, physically, and emotionally. With nothing but the breath, you can ask the body's systems to slow down, relax, and return to your still point. Its also the primary way the body detoxes naturally!

Kia ora, my name is Louise.
After 20 years in creative industries, I had a need to turn inward – to focus on the inner world, not just the outer.

I prioritised my wellbeing, and trained in breathwork and other healing modalities.
Now, I share these tools with others who are seeking clarity, healing, peace thru changing themselves and therefore their lives.

I am a full registered member of the New Zealand Association of Breathworkers.
